Yago School is a private, lay, co-educational School offering places for pupils from the age of two right through to Secondary and Baccalaureate.

Yago School begins its journey in September 2010, in time for the school year 2010-2011, initially in Infant 2, 3, 4, & 5 and Primary, adding year groups reaching Secondary and Baccalaureate progressively.

The school’s experts in education have designed our custom made curriculum and are strong believers in the success of a solid bilingual project. Many of them have been previously educated in bilingual systems, later going on to work and run schools, both in Spain and abroad.

Gardner’s (University of Harvard) understanding of education is one of the most modern. His theory of ‘Multiple Intelligences’refers to the capacity and the pupil to resolve problems and obtain valid solutions in one or more cultures.

Professor Gardner argues that intelligence is a skill that can be developed and is not necessarily inherited. Intelligence evolves and grows depending on the education received, experiences lived and the environment in which pupils are brought up, among other factors.
