The educational community of Yago School, through The Yago Foundation, will participate in The Race Against Hunger 2017, an international, pedagogical, sporting project that allows our pupils to gather around the same project of support and the same one aim: no child in the world should starve.
The race is organized by Action Against International Hunger, an international humanitarian organisation that fights child malnutrition while ensuring safe water and livelihoods for the most vulnerable populations.
During the next months we will have a representative of Action Against Hunger visit the school who, through some informative talks, will raise awareness among pupils about the serious problem of hunger and malnutrition in the world.
It is therefore a great project that combines education, solidarity and a sporting spirit, and that fits perfectly with the values we promote at Yago School.
On May 19th we all run against Hunger!
