YAGO SCHOOL HOLDS A MINUTE´S SILENCE FOR THE VICTIMS OF THE EARTHQUAKE IN MEXICO

All of students from the Yago School got together on the morning of September 21st in the “English” courtyard which was adorned with the flags of Spain and Mexico to observe a minute´s silence in memory of the victims of the earthquake in Mexico that has ravaged and caused more than two hundred deaths.

The Headmaster, Mr. Resa, gave some emotional words expressing the School´s complete solidarity with the Mexican people and especially with the victims of the affected school.

The occasion deserved reflection and the spirit of solidarity from everyone. In the context of being an international school such as Yago School we always try to establish practical connections between studies and the real world, it is our goal that students are informed of what is happening in the world, are critical thinkers and are united in solidarity.
