A team of technical students from the School, which includes Gonzalo Pinteño, Enrique Morales, Manuel Hernandez, Nicolás Velázquez, Diego Díaz, Alejandro Ortiz and Carlos Gerbós, participated in the FIRST LEGO LEAGUE international championship based on robotics, which was dedicated to Sustainable Hydrology, this year.

They came sixth out of the 17 teams participating in the event held at the School of Computer Engineering, despite being the smallest team, they obtained a great result and evaluation from the judges.

As a result of the training they receive at school, they have been empowered by an integrated learning in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), and have received training that maximises the skills and abilities of the 21st century such as teamwork, creativity and communication, essential qualities for being prepared for the future.

Quite frankly we are very proud of them!
