School trips are an important didactic resource, a pedagogical activity and a means of training and socialisation for students. Therefore, at Yago School we prepare them thoroughly so that students experience as enriching learning experiences as possible.
With this in mind, on November 6th, 7th and 8th, Primary 4 had the opportunity to visit the Canal Sur television studios in San Juan de Aznalfarache.
Guided by a hostess, they were able to enjoy everything that happened behind the scenes and gain a deeper understanding than they could perceive from their homes.
Studies, sets, writing, production, performance control, translation into sign language, costumes, etc. As well as being able to exchange a few words and questions with some of the media professionals made this visit something more special.
Among the most outstanding activities was seeing the set of the well-known Andalucía Directo program, where the presenter Modesto Barragán was kind enough to come and meet our students and share with them what happens in a live program like his. Their closeness, approachability and kindness made our students live a magical and unique moment and also feel like the stars of the show.
He awoke in them the desire to do something similar and work on a newscast soon, using the magnificent resources and equipment at Yago School.
