Exciting welcome trip for our Boarding students
In early September, 13 new students from our residence and 10 students from our school lived an unforgettable experience when they embarked on the majestic Goleta Cervantes Saavedra on their journey from Valencia to the paradisiacal Formentera. For the second consecutive year, this is how the school year begins at Yago School.
Sailing and adventures that they will always remember
This adventure marked the beginning of a new school year, as we have previously told you, and allowed our students to get to know each other and establish connections with some of the classmates with whom they will share this exciting educational stage. During the instructional cruise, students enjoyed the wonderful surroundings, learned about sailing and created bonds that will last a lifetime.
Training courses to develop the objectives of the C.A.S. program
In La Goleta they were able to take numerous training courses, with the aim of developing the objectives of the C.A.S. program. In this learning space at sea they were able to take courses on sustainability, conservation and navigation. In addition, they also enjoyed courses related to leadership, team and collaboration skills and astronomy, among others. This training program was designed in collaboration between Yago School and Camilo José Cela University. On this cruise, learning while having fun with your classmates is more possible than ever.
In short, this exciting welcome trip underscores our commitment to providing enriching experiences and opportunities for personal growth. We look forward to the rest of the school year and all the adventures to come. Are you ready? Welcome aboard, sailors!
